Betsy's BabyCakes - Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Betsy's BabyCakes - Vanilla Protein Pancakes
(Makes 12 triangle shaped pancakes)

Ingredients:
6 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
2 scoops EAS Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbl. lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
1 tbl. whey-low (sugar substitute)

Procedure:
1.) Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
2.) Pour batter into a greased sandwich maker.
3.) Let cook for 2-3 minutes, lift with spatula and serve topped with orange cream filling and sugar-free maple syrup.



Additional recipe:

Orange Cream Filling

Ingredients:
2 oz. cream cheese
2 tbl. whey-low powder (powdered sugar substitute)
1 tsp. orange extract
2 tsp. cream

Procedure:
1.) Put all ingredients in a small bowl.
2.) Heat in microwave oven on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
3.) Stir to combine, serve.

Like I said i would really approicate it if you could help me out or just give me suggesstions cause I am 12 years old and I need to be in my weight limit and i am i am just kinda big for my age and I want to get down to about 120 and I weigh right now about 148 and thats alot compared to other girls my age. i play Fast-Pitch softball and that helps but not alot so i need to lose some weight so If you could help me that would be great. PLZ HELP ME I AM DESPRET!!!! THANKS
