Well, almost, ...I have a plan and now I need to put in into place. ; )
Knowing how to eat healthy, how to loose weight and maintain my weight is really simple for me since Somersizing is so simple to follow and it works!
It's the tripping, falling, picking myself up, dusting myself off and getting right back on track is the hard part so I do the easy thing and stay off track. It's far from the best thing since I know with all my heart that this is the best way for me to eat. So, here I go again!!!!!
The first step in my plan is to clean out the "funky" foods from my kitchen cabinets, pantry, fridge, freezer and any other hidden areas that funky foods like to hide!
Then, sit down and jot down my weekly menus. This really is the fun part since there are so many yummy, delicious and healthy food choices to choose! Next, a planned trip with a list to the grocery store to stock up on lots of complex carbs, pro/fats, veggies and fresh fruits!
So, yep, ...here I go again!!!!
