It is a day of celebration, ...but don't forget it's not an excuse to stray from your eating and exercise program.
I ran 1 mile in 10.5 today!!!! Then 30 minutes of strength training - continued my day with great healthy eating choices!!!!
This girls on fire - not going let all this hard work go to waist, I see huge results coming my way!
